By using Pocafinder, you agree to these Terms.

Pocafinder is a user-generated content platform for photocard collection and discovery.

As a platform, we:
- Do not create or upload content.
- Do not verify the ownership or accuracy of uploaded content.
- Do not guarantee the legality of user content.

2. User Content (IMPORTANT)

You may upload images, collections, and other materials ("User Content") to the platform. You are solely responsible for your User Content.

By uploading content, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the legal owner of the content OR have the necessary permissions to share it.
- Your content does not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
- Your content complies with all applicable laws.

Pocafinder does not endorse User Content, has no obligation to monitor it, and accepts no legal liability for it.

We respect intellectual property rights and the hard work of artists.

If you believe that any content on Pocafinder infringes your rights, you may request its removal by contacting us at:

Your request must include:
- Identification and proof of the infringed work.
- The direct link to the content on Pocafinder.
- Your contact details (Name, email, title, etc.).
- A good-faith legal statement that the use is unauthorized.

Upon receiving the notice:
- We will review your request.
- Remove the content if deemed necessary.
- Take action against accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Content Hosting Disclaimer

Pocafinder legally operates solely as a hosting platform.

We are not responsible for:
- The nature of the content uploaded by users.
- Whether the uploaded content has usage rights.
- Any legal violations or damages resulting from user actions.

5. Moderation and Our Rights

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to perform the following actions:
- Remove content that contains violations or is deemed inappropriate.
- Restrict the visibility of certain content or profiles.
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate the rules.

6. Platform Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

Pocafinder is:
- An independent platform created by fans, for fans (fan-made).
- Not officially affiliated, sponsored by, or partnered with any talent/entertainment agency, record label, company, artist, or brand.
- Not an official photocard distributor or authorized seller.

7. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload the following content to the platform under any circumstances:
- Unauthorized copied materials or copyright-infringing content (e.g., leaked paid exclusive content).
- Illegal, threatening, harassing, or harmful content.
- Misleading, fake, or scam-related posts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law; Pocafinder cannot be held liable for any data loss, copyright infringements, or any direct or indirect material/moral damages that may arise from the use of the platform. The risk belongs entirely to the user.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the accounts of users who violate these Terms of Service or platform rules without prior notice.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice based on the needs of our community or the law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of the Republic of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
